NOTICE: This form is for booking a student's spot on the Unity Youth Trip. The full cost is $70, but you will only need to pay the first $35 right now (non-refundable). The final $35 will be payed after the winners of Clan Wars have been announced (the winning team earns 50% off the trip). This final payment will be due before the student is allowed to get aboard a vehicle with us.
